 What Forms of Payment Do You Take?

I accept major credit cards and PayPal.


What Carriers Do You Ship Through?
I mainly ship via USPS but other items, generally larger items, I will offer shipping via UPS.
I include tracking information!
I do my best to offer the least expensive and fairest shipping rates. 

Do You Ship Outside of the US?

Yes! I ship internationally via USPS, UPS, and DHL.


Do You Accept Custom Orders?

No. I have closed custom orders for now. 
When they are open:
Custom orders take 4-6 weeks to complete and ship, depending on my workload.
I require a deposit worth at least half of the value of the bag you are ordering. This deposit is non-refundable.
I work really hard to select fabric, vinyl and hardware to match your order as closely as possible, I will be in contact with you for the entire process of your order making sure it is going smoothly and will be the bag you've always imagined!
Because I do a lot of custom work, I have a variety of resources I pull from for fabric, vinyl and hardware. I often purchase custom printed fabric and specialty vinyl to use, at an extra charge.

Do You Accept Returns?

In general I do not accept returns.
